Using Koree
Koree provides Korean language and culture learning content, including the free PLAY experience and DISCOVER articles. Product purchases are made through Etsy, which handles checkout, payment and order fulfillment.
Purchases Through Etsy
All product purchases are completed on Etsy under Etsy's own purchase terms. Koree does not directly process payments.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Digital products (including flashcards, guidebooks and other downloadable content) are final sale. Because digital files can be copied once downloaded, we do not offer refunds or exchanges after purchase.
If you received a corrupted file or the wrong product, contact koree.korean@gmail.com and we'll fix it.
Educational Scope
Koree content is designed for discovery and learning and is not represented as a guaranteed route to fluency, an official language assessment, or a substitute for a structured curriculum. PLAY results reflect the context clues noticed in that set of questions only.
Intellectual Property
All text, illustrations, and branding on this site belong to Koree and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Koree is provided "as is." We aren't liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without affecting any non-waivable consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
